Our Agreement With You
By contacting Hurricane Tree Services, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for any work, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all residential and commercial customers in our service area.
Plain English summary: We'll do great work, show up on time, and treat your property with respect. In return, we ask that you give us accurate information about the job and pay on time.
Scope of Services
Hurricane Tree Services provides professional tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, emergency storm response, lot clearing, and tree health care in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas within approximately 100 miles.
What's Included
- All labor and equipment required to complete the quoted work
- Cleanup and haul-away of all debris generated by our work
- A post-job walkthrough to confirm your satisfaction
- Follow-up support if any concerns arise within 7 days
What's Not Included
- Work not described in the written estimate or agreed upon verbally prior to start
- Permits required by the city or county — customer is responsible for obtaining these unless otherwise agreed
Estimates & Payment
All estimates are free and carry no obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise arranged in writing
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Invoices unpaid after 14 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month
Price Changes
If unforeseen conditions (hidden decay, additional hazard trees, difficult access) materially change the scope of work, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.
Your Privacy Matters
Hurricane Tree Services is a local, family-owned business. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad campaigns targeting you across the web, and we'll never share your information with anyone who doesn't need it to complete your job.
Short version: We collect only what we need to contact you and complete your service. We don't sell it, we store it securely, and you can ask us to delete it any time.
